A few weekends ago I had the chance to learn a lot of new concepts and techniques with my friend and mentor Jory Serota. The course material is invaluable to yoga teachers, fitness instructors, and anyone in the fitness and wellness sphere.
Some topics we thoroughly discussed included breath work and the proper function of the diaphragm, hip and shoulder mobility, and motor control compensations.
I highly recommend this course to everyone who is interested in learning some great ways to living pain free, increasing their flexibility, and improving their well-being.
My favorite part was that I walked in with a lot of pain and stiffness in the shoulders, was picked as a demo, and felt so much better within minutes. I couldn't raise my arms above my head at all and by the end of Jory's demo on shoulder mobility, my range of motion improved and I was less tense in the neck.
