What does NKT® stand for?
A rehab therapy that helps you get rid of pain effectively and in a non-invasive way through repetitions of individualized corrective exercises assigned.
What should I expect during an NKT® session?
We'll start with a thorough movement assessment, muscle tests, followed by treatment and a review of the assigned corrective exercises.
What should I wear for NKT® or a Yoga Class?
Comfortable Clothes! Anything that you would work out in or move around in comfortably will be great. Sweats, leggings, shorts, etc! Preferably, not jeans.
How often should I do my correctve exercises?
The number of repetitions in your activation exercises will depend on your "neurological edge." You never want to surpass your edge on any given day, remember that sometimes less is more! The release + activation should be done 2-3x / day, or however long we discuss in session.
How many NKT® sessions will I need to reduce my pain?
A significant relief of pain will be noticable in the first session. The average dysfunction can be addressed in 3 sessions or less. In the first session, we diagnose and treat immediately. You are responsible for completing your correctives twice daily for two weeks in order to maximize treatment benefits. The second session, we check in and modify anything if need be. By the third session, you are good to go and the correctives are shifted towards creating lifelong habits that support good spinal health, optimal mobility and a stable nervous system.
Do you take Insurance?
I am very flexible with payment options. However, I am not currently accepting Insurance. I accept Cash, ApplePay, and Venmo.
Are you able to come to my home for a session/private class?
I don't frequent clients' homes but I do make need-based exceptions. I will happily assess and guide you from my office spaces in Miami and Mexico City.

Yes. Once monthly, I hold a "green day" where if you demonstrate financial need and the inability to otherwise pay for a session, you can book an appointment for free on the 11th of every month. Terms and conditions apply*
